Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the conditions on which authorised personnel may access and use DRISHTI-PQC, an internal security-posture platform operated by the Cyber & Information Security Division (CISD) of Punjab National Bank. By signing in, you agree to use the platform in the manner described below.
01 Acceptance of terms
Access to DRISHTI-PQC is granted on the condition that you accept these terms. Signing in constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access or use the platform.
02 Who may use the platform
The platform is for authorised Punjab National Bank personnel who have been provisioned an account by a CISD administrator, and who use it in the course of their duties. It is not available to the public. Access is a privilege tied to your role and may be varied or withdrawn.
03 Accounts & credentials
- You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
- Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account with anyone.
- Set a strong, unique password. When first provisioned, you must set your own password before using the platform.
- Where multi-factor authentication is available, you are encouraged - and may be required - to enable it.
- Report any suspected compromise of your account to CISD without delay.
04 Authorised use
You may use DRISHTI-PQC to assess the cryptographic and post-quantum readiness of assets you are authorised to evaluate, to organise those assets into workspaces, to review and export results, and to perform the administrative tasks appropriate to your role. Use the platform only for legitimate bank business.
05 Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Scan, probe, or assess any asset you are not authorised to evaluate.
- Use the platform to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any system.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, escalate privileges, or access data belonging to other users or accounts.
- Interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the platform or its infrastructure.
- Extract, copy, or share platform data except as needed for legitimate bank purposes and in line with the bank's information-handling policies.
- Upload unlawful, malicious, or inappropriate content, including as a profile photo.
06 Scanning responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan each asset you add. Scans may generate network traffic to the target and may be logged by the target's operators. The platform assesses configuration and readiness; it is a diagnostic aid, not a guarantee of security. Results should be interpreted by qualified personnel and validated before any operational decision is taken.
07 Data & results
Scan results and asset records you create are stored so you can return to them. You and authorised administrators may delete assets or entire workspaces; deletion is permanent. Handle exported results in accordance with the bank's data-classification and information-security policies. How your data is held is described in the Privacy Policy.
08 Availability & changes
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. CISD may add, change, or remove features, perform maintenance, or restrict access at any time, with or without notice, to protect the platform or the bank. Some capabilities may be limited or disabled pending governance review.
09 Ownership
DRISHTI-PQC, including its software, design, and content, was developed in-house by the CISD-DR Innovation Team and is the property of Punjab National Bank. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership right to you. You may not reproduce or repurpose the platform outside the bank without authorisation.
10 No warranty
The platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Assessments are made on a best-effort basis using the information available at scan time and may not reflect subsequent changes to an asset.
11 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the bank's internal policies, Punjab National Bank and CISD are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform, or from reliance on its results, beyond what the bank's governing policies provide. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12 Suspension & termination
CISD may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including where these terms are breached, where required for security, or where your role no longer warrants access. Repeated failed sign-ins may trigger an automatic temporary lockout. On termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately.
13 Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what information is held and how it is protected. Please read it alongside these terms.
14 Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the usual internal channels.
15 Contact
Questions about these terms should be directed to the Cyber & Information Security Division. Platform administrators can route your query to the appropriate team.
